	1) All Thank You Gifts for having a party are in the form of product(s) or $500 Customer Loyalty Incentives and are provided to you by the myBerryParty.com associate listed above. Gifts have no cash value. Gifts are not directly furnished by myBerryParty.com, nor by FreeGasOrGroceryMoney.com, nor by the makers of the Patagonian Maqui Juice. This incentive program is sponsored by independent associates to facility the booking of House Parties and making a good name for ourselves in the neighborhood. 2) You may choose from one (1) of  three (3) Thank You Gifts. A) $500 of Free Gas, B) $500 of Free Groceries, or C) One Bottle of Patagonian Maqui Juice. 3) $500 Gas or Grocery Gifts are  paid out at a rate of $25 per month on a Visa card over a period of 20 months. You simply provide our redemption center with $100 of receipts per month from the gas station or grocery store of your choosing and our redemption center will send you a $25 Visa Card for each month you choose to participate in the program, for up to 20 months (or a grand total of $500). It does not cost you anything to to participate in the customer loyalty program. You are under no obligation to participate in the customer loyalty program. You may choose to not participate in the customer loyalty program at any time. 4) To quality for a Thank You Gift ($500 Gas or Groceries, or One Bottle of Maqui Juice) from the myBerryParty.com associate listed above you must either a) Host a House  Party at your home (or other agreed upon location) where there are at least six (6) adult women who are new to our product demonstration, OR eight adults, four (4) women & four (4) men, who remain in attendance for at least the 25-30 minutes it takes the associate to present our product(s) and share some samples. 5) You may also qualify for a Thank You Gift ($500 Gas or Groceries, or One Bottle of Maqui Juice) from the myBerryParty.com associate listed above by bringing at least ten (10) guests to a House Party (or other agreed upon location) hosted by the associate in their home (or agreed upon location) in any running five (5) week period (example, two guests each week for each of five weeks). 6) Participating independent associates of myBerryParty.com agree to abide by these rules as a guideline. Independent associates are free to negotiate with you as they see fit and to reach other arrangements that are pleasing to both you and the independent associate. Our bottom line is this; we want to do house parties & we want to do business in our community so sometimes that calls for flexibility. These Rules are a starting point, not a contract. 7) Your participating independent associate will work out the details with you either over the phone, or over a drink (coffee, tea, juice) somewhere locally. You can agree upon a time and a place to either host your own party, or learn the time and location of an existing local party you can attend. Naturally, you are welcome to attend an existing party prior to hosting your own so you can see how one goes. We want you to be very comfortable with us and how we conduct our business in a fun and respectful manner.
